Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Switro’s services. By using Switro, you (“Business”, “Switro Account Holder”, or “Purchaser”) agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Services

Switro allows you to:

  • Connect your e-commerce store and accept Solana payments.
  • Create and share payment links directly or embed them on your website.
  • Use hosted checkout pages, similar to Stripe’s hosted checkout, for streamlined payment collection (e.g., for selling products, services, subscriptions, or donations).

3. Fees

Switro charges a 0.5% fee per transaction, deducted from the end-customer (payer). You receive payments directly to your wallet immediately after successful payment.

4. No Custody or Withdrawals

Switro does not hold, store, or withdraw any funds on your behalf. All payments are processed directly from the payer to your wallet.

5. Conversion Option

You have the option to automatically convert incoming payments to USDC stablecoin to reduce exposure to price volatility.

6. Compliance and Use

You agree to use Switro in compliance with all applicable laws and not for any fraudulent or illegal activities. You are solely responsible for your tax reporting and legal obligations.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Switro is a payment gateway only. We are not a marketplace or intermediary for any goods or services. All agreements, guarantees, and obligations regarding a transaction are strictly between the seller (merchant) and the buyer (purchaser). Switro does not mediate disputes, issue refunds, or assume responsibility for any aspect of a transaction, including quality, legality, or fulfillment of goods or services.

Purchaser Risk Acknowledgment: Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible and inherently risky. By using Switro, you acknowledge that:

  • Payments cannot be canceled or reversed once made.
  • You bear all risks associated with the transaction, including fraud, failed delivery, or disputes with the merchant.
  • Switro has no liability for any loss, claim, or damage arising from the use of our services.

Switro disclaims all responsibility for third-party integrations, network issues, or unauthorized wallet usage. Your continued use of our services confirms your acceptance of these terms and associated risks.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

9. Changes to Terms

Switro may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept any modified terms.
